Wall space a must for Wancket Studios clients!

I love sharing insights from my clients when they go the extra mile for theirs as well.  Becky Kirchner is one of those clients who really asks the right questions to make sure her clients make the right decision when they are purchasing a home. She has such an attention to detail-(maybe that is why she chose me to create this beautiful portrait of her grandchildren that she flew in for the session)

This is what Becky has shared with us:

When meeting with a new client the consultation is so important before starting the process of selling and buying. 

If my client is selling then buying, when I meet at their home, I am able to see what has been most important to them in their current space.  Whether they are downsizing, upsizing or just making a change of scenery, my clients usually have some non-negotiables that I have to keep in mind when we are looking for their Happily Ever After.  

A recent client of mine was downsizing from a 5000+ SF home to a 2000+SF urban loft with floor to ceiling windows in the main living space.  They had an expansive art collection so we had to ensure that there would be some great places to showcase their favorite pieces. This loft has a beautiful 2 story entryway, exposed stairway and partially exposed upper hallway, it was perfect for the pieces that they wanted to keep on display.  

When searching for your Happily Ever After I know it isn’t just the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, but also the way my clients live in their homes that I must keep in mind.  It is fun to see their eyes light up as they walk through that perfect home picturing their lives in the space.  Do you have to find just the right walls to display your loved ones masterfully created by Wancket Studios?

I feel so fortunate to have met Becky in BNI of Barrington's networking group.  She not only is a wonderful client, we have also become great friends.  If you want to know more about what you should be considering before you buy a new home, I am sure she would be happy to share with you. After all, I want to make sure you have room for all of the Wancket Studios portraits you have invested in over the years!
