Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!  Here is to hoping that 2021 is a healthier year for all!  New year's day always seems like a clean slate-fresh start, etc...

I love setting goals and making plans both personally and professionally. That just made me giggle as I wrote that since professionally, my studio and my work is all me and it does define me. hmmm, I will have to ponder that thought a bit.

I have seen many posts saying good riddance  to 2020.  For some that is how they feel and I totally understand that.  For me though, I am grateful for so many things that happened to occur this past year.  First and most exciting was the birth of my granddaughter daughter Eleanor.  What a beautiful little baby she is and healthy too.  

I also was blessed with many clients who had the time to have Family Portraits taken.  Fall was busier than the last two combined with new and returning clients from as close as right here in Spring Grove, Il and as far as Texas.  We seem to have the most clients from the Barrington area still with Crystal lake not far behind.  

It is always fun to see where clients come from and how they heard about Wancket Studios.  

Wishing all of you a great 2021 and hoping beautiful portraits will be a part of that for you.
